From personal experience I know how to fix a problem and reach a solution. When I first started school my grades were terrible and my priorities were out of line. I took time to focus and reevaluate myself to ensure my success. After my return to East Carolina University in 2008 I maintained a 4.0 grade-point average, and even placed on the Chancellor’s list. After college, in this economy, I had to settle for less and make the most of the jobs that I could obtain at the time. I have absorbed a great deal of experience, and even had performance based promotions, in the search for my career. It is time to apply the skills that I learned during and after college to a company that I can grow with.
I can add flexibility and creativity. A business gets stale when it continually recycles the same ideas time and time again. Employees get comfortable which makes them complacent. When you hire me, you get someone who thinks for herself, and who is not afraid to suggest new ways to approach a task. I am not satisfied unless I over exceed expectations. My outlook on life is to under promise and always over deliver. I may not have the most experience, but I can say that I am an open book, willing to learn and I am determined to be the best.
