Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor,

ICD a division of Magna Powertrain 2005 – 2008

 Coordinated manufacturing engineers to implement new tool designs, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

 Concentration on mechanical design of the assembly stations and PLC improvements.

 Responsible for hiring, promoting, yearly reviews and developing all staff.

 Managed re-tooling of D35 water pump for Ford, including installation of injection molding equipment, robotic cell, reprogramming of control and safety PLC’s, and all associated mechanical changes.
