However, the leaders were able to revive the company by identifying the dis-satisfiers and eliminating them along with implementing motivational measures that led to generating excitement among the employees. The different motivational measures helped in building momentum of awareness and involvement among employees that lead to a superior performing and highly committed workforce.

HR practices in Aviation Industry: The objective of this project is to study the different human resource practices adopted by the top market players of aviation industry like kingfisher, air India and jet airways which include various employee benefit programmes, women friendly polices, etc.

Advertising project on Indian Creative world: Project tells about the different advertising Era’s and how the concept of Navrasas is applied to Indian advertising world.

Selling and Distribution strategies of Summit Entertainment: The objective of the project is to find out the key strategies behind the huge success of one of its product “the twilight Series”. It includes study of different promotional tools, advertising campaign, positioning and distribution channels.

Electronic lock based on finger print scanning: The objective of this project is to understand the algorithms used in finger print scanning and to design a driving circuitry for a scanner, where output of the scanner controls the operation of designed e-lock.
