•Update the facility bulletin boards with employee recognition, birthdays, upcoming meetings and events, internal job postings, and pictures of facility activities
Customer Service
•Research shortages and wrong fill items reported by the customers for the Grand Rapids facility
•Utilize manifest, carton tracking, pick to voice, pod’s, and our internal system to research customer issues
•Manually give credit to customers approved for freight claim damages, or deny credit for items returned in non-restock-able condition
•Place and manage associate orders
•Cancel credit for items returned to the facility by the customer in not resalable condition
•Maintain spreadsheets to analyze the facility’s quality, productivity and departure captures
