Streamlined the process of changing the tinter paste addition in Water base products from upstream to lower stream so as to eliminate the cleaning on the same.
Worked over the root cause analysis for the PGE Signal red NCIP and R 5646 gelation.
Resulted into the 100% RFT for new/ major designs and standardization of all ball mill formulation to ECM formulation in shop floor.
Dexterously worked over the enhancement of in reuse schemes (including Satins and Enamels).
Designed change request rose to change the process of AMC yellow oxide from Sand milling to direct discharge which leads to 8hr cycle time benefit per batch.
Worked for the implementation of new concept QRI (RFT) for rating the product and process quality of Products.
Accountable for managing the three sub-sections of quality assurance (around 10 staff and 6 workmen) within 4 years of experience.
The system of identification and traceability in Stiff Processing sections was streamlined.
Changed the sequence of addition of HEC (thickener powder) in Stiff Products so that it will avoid the Quality issue and delay in Processing time
Worked on the Rationalization of Resins in the paint batches which helped in flexibility in usage of Resins.
Worked in the widening the digestion temperature in Emulsion processing which helped in reduction in cycle time, improvement in QRI (RFT) and reduction in fuel consumption.
Documented the process of Packing BOM updating in SAP.

100% reuse of Stiff Paints wash water.
RCA Project (DMAIC Methodology) on Customer complaint analysis on the AMC HT green gelatin issue.
RCA Project (DMAIC Methodology) on excess MTO consumption on Touch wood clear glossy.
Change in the sequence of HEC powder addition in Exterior Emulsion paints which lead to 20 – 30% reduction in cycle time and Power consumption
Usage of new grinding media in Solvent based paints which will lead to around 30% reduction in cycle time of the batches and lead to productivity improvement
Increase in Reuse % of Wash water generated from Equipment cleaning from Water base block which increased the reuse level from 25% to 100%.
Project under taken in current year:
To reduce the Solid waste residue generated during processing of Sandmilling.
Working as a member in implementation of Six sigma elearning process.
Working on the Increase in Reuse of wash water in Red Stream Products which will reduce the Effluent generation.
Working on implementation of new BI Software to track the Standardization related activities.
