and prevents loss of materials or processes, which are important
for national defense, public health and safety, or their value as

Reserve Officers are critical to the Police Department’s operation
during major occurrences such as a natural disaster or public gatherings.
Reserve Officers serve a vital role with various community events
and other town functions, and help support the Police Department with
minor traffic duties.
