This job involves performing the role of Vertical Steam Manager for

simulation dept. This involves overall project/program management of

projects that are executed in simulation dept, taking care of presales

activities, profit and loss management for the department sales and

revenues and involving in business development activities. I did marketing

presentations, and taken care of complete product lifecycle right from

project proposal to system maintenance.

This project is about PC based virtual training software, which would

enable an aircraft maintenance technician to practice maintenance

activities in a simulated environment. I have performed project managerial

role for this project.

This project is about a maintenance simulator for a fighter aircraft.

The simulator simulates Navigation, Radio Navigation, weapon & Electronic

warfare systems. In this project, my role is to lead a team of 15 members

and help them to carry out activities as per SDLC. The development standard

followed is IEEE-12207. I have guided my team from requirement stage to

system integration and successfully demonstrated System ATP to customer.

Apart from being a technical manager, I also perform the role of project

manager for my project. I have collected various project metrics and

conduct Progress Review meetings with the project team and stakeholders.

* Experience in Avionics Part task Trainer:

Role: Project Leader

Technologies: VC++, C, C++, OpenGL, MS Access, Abode Flash, Photoshop,

Multi Gen creator, Vega prime.

Duration: 2 years

The requirement of this project is to produce an Avionics part task

trainer for a Russian fighter aircraft. The simulator will simulate the

functionalities of all the avionics equipment present in the aircraft. My

role in this current project involves leading and guiding of the team

throughout the SDLC and providing the team with the required technical

support so as to complete the project. I have guided team for correcting

simulation software design of the following system models and participated

during Factory acceptance test. I have also guided team members for manual

build control of software versions and also helped them in preparation of

installation guide.

Project Experience in M/s Realisim Technologies pvt ltd:

Role: Domain specialist

Technologies: Borland Delphi, Mysql, OpenGL, 3D Studio max, MATLAB

(simulink).

As Domain specialist my job involved preparation of software

requirements specification and functional design for avionics software. The

development team for further detailed software design and implementation

will take functional design prepared. Job also required guiding testing

team in test case generation, educating them on system functions and

participation during software testing. I also participated in customer

reviews and acceptance tests and gave technical clarifications. I also

educated development team about avionics system requirements and system

functional design.

I have prepared software requirements for simulation of avionics suite

and functional design of systems for Naval Fighter Helicopter simulator.
