Project manager - led team of six people implementing Alventive Design Collaboration Software at one of our large customers. Duties included specification negotiation, setting deadlines and tracking progress of the various tasks, co-coordinating work by field consultants, support and R&D to fulfill customer requirements. Salvaged failing implementation of a large EDM system linking 5 design centers and 10 manufacturing sites and managing a 400,000 document vault.

Solutions programmer - customized ADCS Web UI and added missing product functionality. Added IronCAD functionality critical to Alventive’s largest single sale.

PDM Productivity Consultant - Sold, led and took part in re-engineering Audits of our customers’ organizations, diagnosing their process, cultural and technological problems and recommending solutions in each of these areas. Several of these audits resulted in significant re-investment in VDS software and services.

Sold, taught, planned, implemented and customized Product Data Management systems. These implementations included project management support, database planning, installation, upgrade and debugging, PDM customization to support processes such as revisioning, approval and release. Training included teaching standard PDM classes as well as custom course development.

Led the company in consulting revenue, winning two Consultant of the year and five President’s Club awards for performing above quota, as well as taking part in some key new account sales (FMC Crosby Valve, Litton Industries, Xerox) and many smaller ones.
