o Implemented a mentoring relationship with Quaker Engineers that resulted in promotions and relocations
to other manufacturing facilities.
o Establish job responsibilities, conduct performance evaluations, plan the development and training of the
Quaker Engineering staff at the GMPT Willow Run manufacturing plant.
o Worked on personnel appraisals, personal development plans and goals and objectives.
• Led a Quaker cross functional team responsible for the development of training needs and modes of training.
o Led group of six associates from distant locations in the development of a training survey addressing various

• Responsible for four (4) plants on the Ford Rouge Complex in Dearborn, MI, to implement cost savings.
o Partnered with supplier to develop automated biocide equipment on a blankwash operation which increased
part quality and decreased H&S concern.
• Part of the launch team at the Ford Rouge Complex.
o Duties included data mining, development of scope of work, establishing system control plans, setting and
monitoring inventories, developing projects and establishing budgets.
o Developed and implemented a lubrication identification program at DDMP. The program was a visual tagging
system that used colors and symbols to associate lubricants to the proper lube point.
