• Managed Re-Roofing project that encompassed 2,100 squares of TPO roofing affecting approximately 50 occupied tenant spaces. Accountable for all job facets including scheduling, monitoring two shifts of work crews, security, engineers and daily reporting of work progress. Conducted final walks with engineer of record, manufacturer’s representatives, and all trades.

• Worked closely with Lee County officials through submitting appropriate building documentation, handling rejection notices, and developed valued relationships to assist with expediting the review and permitting process.
