Installed numerous VSAT systems in secluded locations across Afghanistan. All successful installs as stated in a Army Achievement Award received.
Trained multiple operators with no knowledge on satellite concepts on the SPOP and SNAP systems for successful maintenance upkeep of connectivity.
Troubleshooted five broken VSAT systems that came to me right out of reset. Was able to troubleshoot and repair a SPOP system that a FSR was not able to fix, all of which is also mentioned in a Army Achievement Award.
Was in charge of eight (8) VSAT systems across Afghanistan. Worked hours over the phone with operators at sights for successful troubleshooting.
Been through three VSAT classes: SPOP, SNAP, and the MTT.
