• Project Management and Procurement experience from managing $20 million capital expense budget with AMERICAN AIRLINES at its maintenance base in Tulsa Oklahoma, $100 million expansion project for a new automated cement plant with CEMENTO DE EL SALVADOR, and between $12 and $15 million worth of annual procurements of raw materials, machine parts supplies, and capital expense purchases for CONFECCIONES DEL VALLE.

Operations & Logistics Manager
Supervise a 27 employee department. Procure and track deliveries of fabrics and trims based on planning for various programs. Oversee $12 to $15 million worth of annual procurements,

inventory management and distribution of parts and supplies among four plants and their departments. Manage capital expenditures and the importing logistics. Maintain quality control on fabrics and trims. Planned, prepared and oversaw distribution of fabrics and trims according to shipping dates, availability, and production plant capabilities. Administer warehouses by locations and performance indicators, as well as storage of machines and others equipment not in use. Maintain an auto and fork lift fleet. Analyze and track inventories for maximum utilization. Report to accounting and commercial managers responsible for the different programs.
• Reduced costs; centralized all warehouses, optimized administration and consumption of materials and resources, designed and set up a warehouse with 3,345 meters3 of racks in a 2,170 meter2 building.
• Played a key role in building the full package operation from six production lines in 2003 to 35 production lines today.
• Implemented an ERP platform covering warehouses, purchases and logistics; designed and implemented a parallel system for administration by location and performance indicators and the structure, processes and procedures required for the supply chain needed for a full package operation.

• For eight moths managed the close-down of a production plant concurrent with other duties.

TEXTILES LA PAZ, LLC De El Salvador, 2001 – 2003
Offshore subsidiary of FUN TEES, INC. of North Carolina, manufacturing T-shirts under full package concept for clients such as TOMMY HILFIGER, TOMMY BAHAMA, WAL-MART, NAUTICA, REEBOK, NIKE.
Post Production Manager, 2002 - 2003
Managed 127 employees. Oversaw import & export, including the airlines and shipping line services. Supervised the warehousing, storage and distribution of imported raw materials and supplies, including administration and distribution of cut fabric, as well as packing and production accessories based on planning. Headed the Distribution Center, receiving and distribution to and from laundry and embroidery. Administered and distributed finished goods to and from Packing and Screen Print, storage, loading and shipping of all finished goods including packing finished goods under customer specifications.
• Planned all post-production operations in conjunction with production planning. Including administration of packing instructions, tech backs, packing lists, and all advance shipping notices (ASN).
• Restructured the Post Production Department; unified all post-production operations such as Import and Export, Screen Print, Packing, Distribution Center, Raw Material Warehouse, and coordination of subcontracted operations, such as embroidery and washing.
• Worked closely with IT to develop and implement an efficient operations system; from an initial 3,000 dozens packed finished goods [pfg] shipped/week, ramped up to 24,000 dozens pfg/week.

Directed accounting, fiscal, and financial activities including financial reports to the US main office, contact with external auditors, administration of cash flow, and personnel payroll.
