For mono-hull ships: Initial sizing, resistance, hydrostatics, stability, longitudinal strength, section modulus, center of gravity and seakeeping.
For SWATH ships : Initial sizing, hydrostatics, initial stability, weight and center of gravity.
For submarines : Initial sizing, outer hull generation, pressure hull subdivision, trimming, hydrostatics, surface unsinkability, stability (surface, submerged and while diving), pressure hull design / optimization and design of shock mounts under explosion loading.
Developed a new course 'Submarine Design' for DIIT(NC) programme of IIT Delhi.
Prepared dock blocks for the maiden docking of the only nuclear vessel to be operated by Indian Navy.
