• Diploma in Ceramics from Utkalamani Gopabandhu Institute of Engineering,Rourkela,Orissa , in 1999 with 65% of marks.

Presently working in Hindusthan national Glass and industries limited,NASHIK, INDIA as a Sr. Engineer Glass

from this july 2011.

• One year worked as a Glass Technologist in Saudi arbian Glass Company Limited ,Jeddah ,Saudi arbia since last one year(2010-2011). And also involving in its green field project of150 sq.metre recuperative furnace .

• One year experience(2009-2010) in Piramal Glass limited ,kosamba as a Executive Glass in its 100 tpd furnce of cosmetic and perfumery Deptt.

• Six years experience(2003-2009) in Hindusthan National Glass and Industries limited in Bahadurgarh and its Neemrana unit as a Shift Glass Technologist.

COMPANY PROFILE

• Saudi arbian glass company is the biggest glass company in middle east having 650 tonnes per day glass drawing capacity having 3 recuperative and one regenerative furnaces. Saudi Glass is manufacturing mainly soft drinks &juice bottles . Its three furnaces producing flint colors and the small one (45 sq.metre regenerative furnace) is producing emeralad green color.

• All of its furnaces having Bubbling system and in Green we are using both Bubbling and Side Boosting System(F.I.C , UK).

• Now Saudi Glass has increased its Production capacity from 650 to 1000 tpd by adding one more funace(150 sq.metre recuperative furnace) and four production lines.

• Its Batch charger and Glass level controller (Non contact type) are supplied from General Glass , USA. Now in new furnace Batch charger and glass level controller(laser type) are supplied from Zippe Germany.

• Its Batch plant is fully automatic and is installed by Zippe Germany.

• Controlling Glass defects like Bubbles,Blisters,cold line,stone,seeds by adjusting Furnace & Forehearth Parameters & colour monitoring.

• M.E Electrode pushing work in running condition in 150 TPD Furnace in Neemrana plant with local expertise team.

• Oxygen sensor placing work at regenerator crown with STG,COTTBUS,Germany experts in 59m2 furnace at bahadurgarh.

• Having Experience in Regenerator Checkers cleaning work by poking method & by inserting burners.
