2006 2007: Senior Systems Analyst ManTech International

Redefined the process for testing different build versions. Implemented imaging and lean procedures resulting in total time

reduced to 30 min with one tester from multiple testers taking 3 or more hours.

Developed procedures for acceptance testing of MDACTS and DDACTS significantly reducing time in testing and increasing

number of units able to be tested per person.

Created testing plans and procedures for use in tracking and documentation of issues in the software life cycle.

2005 2006: Systems Analyst II Northrop Grumman Mission Systems

Created a Windows Service that utilizes batch scripting to mitigate problems with DNS scavenging on the

Navy Tacmobile Suite.

Created the 32 Bit networking and plug and play capable RAM loaded Imaging Boot solution to load Navy Mobile Systems

based on Windows Pre-installation Environment and PowerQuest with integrated Java and VB functionality.

Responsible for in depth troubleshooting and mitigating problems on Mobile Systems

Refined the process for re-imaging aircraft specific imagery drives (Oasis) created the scripted program to image drives

without the use of bootable media.

2004 2005: Researcher Booz Allen Hamilton

Provided support for the Navy Marine Corps Infrastructure (NMCI) Information Assurance Tiger Team (IATT) Legacy Network Reuse (LNR) Team. Assessed network security including system vulnerability and traffic analysis using a wide variety of Internet Security tools to include Ethereal NMAP and ISS.

2000 2004: Network Manager United States Air Force Active Duty

Network Manager for 10 000+ user network 7 500 workstations and 150 servers. Managed user accounts

and shared server folders scheduled maintenance upgraded and maintained software and patched vulnerabilities.

Project lead instituting Skyway Video Surveillance Security System for Charleston Air Force Base entry points. Designed

system layout utilizing specialized servers and high-end webcams for viewing from anywhere on the network and to digitally

record information thereby reducing needed storage space.

Managed project to upgrade 3 500 machines (via SMS) to Office XP. Resulted in upgrades with no interaction

from the end user.
