Account manager for all current and prospective clients. Responsible for all aspects of events from prospecting clientele by conducting sales calls, detailing event orders with clients while up-selling, inspiring clients with creative design ideas, keep up with new industry trends and event execution with on site coordination. Develop relationships with vendors in networking efforts. Coordinate and book all necessary outside services such as florists, entertainers, bakers, and caterers as requested by the client.

Solicit new and old business with the sole purpose of increasing revenue through profitable sales and client development. Responsible for acquiring and finalizing business within given market segments in order to meet and exceed sales goals. Support BTB with all marketing efforts as well as develop additional marketing efforts to build new business. Handle incoming inquiries to book premium business and develop imaginative presentations for prospective clients.

Aggressively solicit, negotiate and book new and repeat business through the efforts of outside sales calls, mailings and networking. Acquire in-depth knowledge of BTB Inventory and computer systems. Periodically partner with team members on projects or go into the field on sales calls and event sites. Coordinates over 300 local or regional tradeshows and conferences.
