Objective

Warehouse- Started as an inspector, and inspected all parts coming out of the machine for about 4 months. I then had moved my way up to a Lead Assistant. My job duties were to over see 20-25 employees. Conducting a daily meeting and letting them know what quotas needed to be made for the day, also getting them started on their daily tasks. I also had to make sure all parts were in tip top shape for our customer, all paper work was filled out, and all boxes labeled and palletized for shipping. In 2006 Perlos closed the warehouse and moved to Mexico.

Warehouse- At Motorola I had started out as a line packer, and did that for two weeks before they had moved me to Line Lead Assistant. My position was making sure my line will go very productive as we had a quota to meet. After my line had packed all boxes and palletized them, I took them to get labeled and set in the correct lines for shipping.
