in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

The Project is a Rockwool Factory at King Abdullah Economic City, placed on a 15,477-m2 plot of land. Managed planning, zoning, and complete engineering design development phase and permitting. Currently the project Conceptual Design Phase is complete and is under review. Upon approval, construction plans and bidding process starts.

Senior Project Manager for MA Engineering & Const. Inc. - May 2005 to September 2011

Representative project experience includes:

• The Enclave is an Office Park comprised of 10 buildings on 4 acres tract of land

owned by the company.

Managed complete design and build of the entire park.

Project Value: 2.5 Million Dollars

• Denny’s Restaurant in the City of Corsicana, Texas. The project consists of 4,700 square feet food establishment on a 3 acres tract of land.

Managed complete design and construction of the facilities.

Project Value: 1.8 Million Dollars

• Denny’s Restaurant in Kaufman City, Texas. The project consists of 4,500 square feet food establishment on a 4 acres tract of land.

• Glade Water Truck Stop is a Seven-acre site package for a 14,000 square foot, truck stop building. The package included on site and off site utility work, coordination and design TXDOT access and median break package Project Completed 2007.

• Royse City Plaza is a unique project in the way the buildings were oriented on the site. One of the buildings was located over a creek that spanned 80 feet across and 20 feet above the creek water surface. The seven-acre site was comprised of a C-store, 20,000 square foot plaza, bank building, and a sonic restaurant. The package included all site and utility work. Also included coordination and design TXDOT, TXU, ATMOS and SBC facilities to serve the site and construction support and construction staking to all contractors and subs. Project completed in 2006.

Managed the CVS chain of pharmacy stores in the Dallas/Fort worth market, reviewed and prepared all due diligence effort, construction plans including quantity, cost estimates and permitting for retail and distribution Land Development projects. Conducted project management, construction support and coordination, Traffic Signing and Striping plans, Road widening, Deceleration & acceleration lanes, Median Modifications and Construction Detour plans in connection with development projects.

• A 50 million dollar development for CVS Pharmacy Program located in Dallas / Fort

Worth area.

• A 100 million dollar development of Wal-Mart Distribution Centers in Sanger, Texas and Shelbyville, Tennessee (Commercial 250 acres in size)

Chief Engineer for Texas Tech Construction, Inc. - January 1997 to July 1998

Representative project experience includes:

• Million dollar contract to construct several road way projects in the City of Fort Worth, Texas Project consists of replacement of existing roads with new 5” concrete road, construct new curb cuts & driveway approaches, replacement of all utility lines and coordination with utility companies for gas and electric service.

• Wellesley Avenue from Horn Avenue to Bryant Irving, Fort Worth, Texas

Project consists of replacement of existing roads with new 5” concrete road; construct new curb cuts & driveway approaches, replacement of all utility lines and coordination with utility companies for gas and electric service.

• Jennings Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas – Project consists of replacement of 850 linear feet, 16- inch Ductile Iron water transmission line with appurtenances and replacement of 600 linear feet of 8-inch PVC-sdr35 sewer line including manholes and laterals.

• Eighth and Corinth Parking Facility for Dallas Area Rapid Transit, Dallas, Texas – Project consists of constructing new parking facility with 6-inch concrete paving, retaining walls along one side of the parking lot fronting a creek. The facility also included Storm Drainage Structures, lighting, landscape, signing and striping.

Director of Engineering for The Oyekan Group USA, Inc. September 1996 to January 1997

Representative project experience includes:

• Singleton Avenue, Dallas, Texas – Project consists of widening of four (4) mile stretch of road, including storm sewer replacement and up sizing of existing system, the design of 6 intersections, design of grading and striping plans for six off-street parking lots and tie the design to the main road, and provide access to all business owners along the street.

• Six Intersections along Coit Avenue, Richardson, Texas – Project consists of collecting traffic data, Level of Service information from the City and study future traffic demands on the operation of the these intersection.

Project Manager for RJN Group, Inc. January 1995 to July 1996

Representative project experience includes:

5. Replacement of 277 vertical feet of manhole frame and grade adjustments

6. Interior coating of 106 manhole walls

• M-272D2 Drainage Area - project consists of the following:

1. 20,897 linear feet of 6-inch through 24-inch diameter relief sewers

2. Replacement of 15,702 linear feet of sewer line

3. Replacement of 295 manhole covers

4. Replacement of 347 vertical feet of manhole frame and grade adjustments

5. Interior coating of 180 manhole walls

Associate Engineer for the City of Fontana, California Capital Improvement Section August 1992 to March 1994.

Managed the full scope of preparation and implementation of construction plans and specifications, plan checking for residential and commercial land development projects, construction management and processing through local government for all the section’s design projects. I also performed tasks in Land Acquisition, Phase I Environmental Studies, Construction Staking, and Bid Tabulation.

Representative project experience includes:

• Sierra Avenue Widening, Fontana, California – Project consists of widening Sierra Avenue for two miles from one lane in each direction to two lanes in each direction to accommodate the increasing number of vehicle trips generated based on a traffic count. Project also included some drainage and traffic issues, noticing residents and dealing with utility company.

• Slover Avenue Widening, Fontana, California – Project consists of widening of one and one half miles of road along a commercially populated area including utility coordination, drainage pipe upgrades and traffic signing and striping. Coordination with Caltrans for tie-in to their right-of-way.

• Plan Checking for master planned communities in the north (Hunter’s Ridge) and south (South Ridge) part of the City. Plan checking for all improvement plans including Road plans, Storm Sewer plans, Sanitary Sewer plans and Drainage reports.

Project Manager / Engineer for BSI Consultants May 1991 – August 1992.

In the firm's San Bernardino, California office. Responsibilities included Plan Checking for the City of Fontana and the City of Yucaipa in the fields of Civil and Traffic engineering. The Majority of projects were in the area of Land development of new tract homes. Also prepared Traffic Impact Studies for residential and commercial developments and designed the water system for the City of Yucaipa City Hall building. I also designed and plan checked several signing and striping projects in the Cities of San Bernardino and Redlands in California.

Project Manager / Engineer for J.F. Davidson Associates in the Palm Desert, California Office for

over two (2) years. Managed the design team for Residential and Commercial land development projects. Duties included the preparation of all improvement plans and specifications into agency processing and approval. In addition, served with various Consulting and Construction firms in the State of Texas from 1984 until 1988 while taking postgraduate course work.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, University of Texas at El Paso, 1983. Post Graduate course work towards an MBA with emphasis on Transportation, Construction and Computer Information Systems at University of Texas at Arlington.
