Cash Application Coordinator

• Post and apply cash to invoices, credit memo, and debit memo on account.

• Create chargeback for returned merchandise and update, maintain an inventory records.

•Responsible for to create, edit and void debit memos and credit demos for all Billabong group of company.

•Responsible for closing all the Cash Batch, Wire Batch and Credit Card Batch at the Month End.

•Write off bad debts under 20, match and post all the memos with charge backs, post cash on account/ post cash to the General Ledger accounts.

•Compute and post sales rep commission, discount, reimbursed to the major Intercompany accounts and International accounts and employee commission accounts.

•Prepare deposit and Create and maintain daily and monthly cash report.

Accounting Assistant

•Participated in accounting functions associated with accounts receivable and accounts payable.

•Provide support in general ledger activity, which included inventory account analysis, account reconciliation, journal entries, & month-end closing.

•Created and input vendor invoices on a regular basis and extracted valuable data onto the balance sheet.

•Collects and tracks subcontractor preliminary notices and lien waivers, contracts.

•Assist in reviewing annual & half-yearly audit, prepare audit schedules

•Assist in wholesale entry & reconciliations bank transaction for Partnership entities.
