Project 2 : UNDER BODY & MOTOR COMPARTMENT

Description : This project is for 3-plants WOB1-3 variants, WOB2-3 variants & ZWI-5 variants with 4-different lines LTR, TGST, BOHI & BHVS. DiFACTO ROBOTICS AND AUTOMATION PVT LTD- BANGALORE
Position Held: Team Leader (Design & Simulation)
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling of various 3D Modeling and Development Projects by Using Pro-E & AUTOCAD
• Designing SPM’s & Fixtures for machining centers.
• Designing of BIW Fixtures, Robot EOAT’s & designing of other cell element.
• Robotic work cell simulation & offline programming for various applications such as Spot welding, Material handling, Sealing, Roller hemming, press tending etc.,
• Process study, gun validation, Robot selection & study of manufacturing processes for feasibility of robotic applications
• Attending daily, weekly meetings with the team and interacting with the Client to discuss on the progress, issues of the project and ensure delivery as per the schedule.

Description : This component is an Aluminum casting, Fixture has to be made to cover all operations in it. This project involves 3D modeling and part drawings for “Hydraulic fixture” using Pro-E2001. The client inputs for this will be in the form of machine details and the Component drawing.
Project 3 : TATA CUMMINS-Encore & ISBE
