Take short psycho-social history, make a disposition to the Commanding Officer, who then makes the decision as to when, where and with whom the client's appointment should be. Scan all paperwork into client file; write, have serialized and signed by the appropriate personnel first and second separation letters for both Marine and Naval personnel. Deliver the paperwork to the appropriate legal authority.

Answer telephones, provide information, make appointments (using AHLTA and CHCS systems). Change and adjust appointments as necessary. Arrange safety checks for those clients discharged from inpatient care.

I am the initial and final contact the clients have with our clinic, and do my best to ensure these contacts are pleasant and conducive to an attitude of treatment. Confer with the therapists regularly to ensure each client is approached in a manner appropriate to his or her condition and personality.
