10 years experience in sheet metal fabrication and Processes , 5 and half years utilizing Solid WorksÒo2008 2009, 2010, 2011and sheet metal and older versions Autodesk Inventor sheet metal 2009,2010,2011and Revit2011 years along with research and development, leadership and mentoring, test and problem-solving. My forte is the Production of Sheet metal assemblies and parts design in a 3d environment Expert at analyzing and solving the most complex sheet metal problems. My solutions have saved hudred and thousands of dollars in costs to date. I have increased production with the help my assembly and parts library and intelligent sheet metal designs which has had increase in production of a 40% . Engineering and design utilizing 3d solid modeling software Autodesk Inventor 2011

Fabricate Sheet metal Parts and mechanical parts Assemblies with BOMs. Custom Fabrication of machines and refrigeration equipment and machine parts using the GD&T process

Supervise shop fabrication and accuracy by creating drawings

And appropriate documentation

Mission Metal Fabricators (2006-2010)

Responsibilities

monitoring processes of sheet metal fabrication and machine parts to ensure they are produced rapid and accurately following the NSF and ISO 9001, 9000 standards and to make sure they are implemented

Design and create complex sheet metal assemblies and parts utilizing Autodesk Inventor and older versions.

Create drawings with appropriate and detailed documentation for customers and production floor according to the ansi standards
