Responsible for the complete hiring cycle, including Prescreening, Coordinating
Interviews, Gathering detailed feedback from technical interviewers, Negotiating salaries, Extending job offers, Coordination of new hire Orientations, Job postings, Creating and Maintaining employee records and files.
Collecting job requirements from the onsite Managers and technical Managers

Conducting Personal Interviews.

Payroll & Statutory Forms:
Co – ordinating with Ex- employees for PF closing & transfers
Maintaining database for PF forms submission to consultants
