Responsibilities Executed:

Manpower Planning/Hiring: (Visteon & Finesse FZ LLC)

Responsible for the complete hiring cycle, including Prescreening, Coordinating

Interviews, Gathering detailed feedback from technical interviewers, Negotiating salaries, Extending job offers, Coordination of new hire Orientations, Job postings, Creating and Maintaining employee records and files.

Collecting job requirements from the onsite Managers and technical Managers

Sourcing candidates through various sources like job portals, job posting on portals, mass mailing, company database etc.

Conducting telephonic interviews and counseling candidates.

Coordinating with technical panel.

Conducting Personal Interviews.

Responding to online/ offline queries of the candidates

Follow up’s with the candidates regarding acceptance of offer, joining dates and ensure the candidates join the organization.

Reference Check

Preparing Offer fitment and Salary Negotiation with the candidates and issue offer letter and confirm the date of joining

Employee Engagement:

Responsible for organizing employee engagement events (Birthday Celebrations, Annual day celebrations), Annual Events and all employee communications.

Conduct Skip Level Meeting – quarterly once

Intiated, organized & created - Employee Engagement Team & EET calendar. Get suggestions & support for employee engagement activities from EET.

Regular spot quiz on policy awareness & organized fun games on any national & local functions

Coordinating & organizing with the management for employee reward & recognition.

Organized Wellness Session for employees in their cubicle – quarterly once

In CMS: (Complaint Management System)

Maintaining database for employees Queries, request, complaints, Suggestions, feedback and closing those by giving lead times

Sending MIS reports to HR Manager

Medical leave calculations

Preparing HR Reports:

To prepare MIS reports on monthly basis mentioning candidates joined, employees resigned & head count

To prepare recruitment reports mentioning number of employee offered/joined technology wise

Conduct weekly meeting to update the status on recruitment with all Managers

Relieving Formalities:

Ensure filling up of forms for relieving

Taking Exit interviews

Issuing Experience letter and relieving letter

Full & Final Settlement Process:

Calculation of notice periods &leave encashment for resigned employees

Follow up’s with payroll departments for Full & Final settlement workings

Making Co-ordination with the finance department for settlement (Full & Final Settlements)

Send the cheque, FFS workings & food coupons to resigned employees (Which company due to employees)

Follow up’s with resigned employees (Which they due to company)

Training & Development:

Conducting HR induction for new joiners

Maintaining Training master database

Payroll & Statutory Forms:

Co – ordinating with Ex- employees for PF closing & transfers

Maintaining database for PF forms submission to consultants

Handled Payroll for 3 months. Process the consolidated inputs to payroll management

Leave & Attendance Management:

Maintaining of Leave records, balances, Issuing medical review letters, and monitoring of attendance of employees. Initiation of disciplinary action based on policy

Welfare & Benefits Administration

Handling Medical insurance, organizing birthday parties and coordinating in issuance of Sodexho Meal Vouchers
