• Quotation/Bidding: managed bidding process for new logistics service provider inclusive of: 1) create quotation specification, 2) create hierarchy of objectives, 3) create multi-dimensional decision matrix table based on pricing and hierarchy of objectives, 4) supplier line-up, 5) financial analysis, and 6) facilitate team meeting relative to final supplier selection.
