As requested by TAC engineers I recreate exact scenarios customers are facing by creating network segment recreates in the lab using the exact hardware and software used by the customer. Knowledge of loading IOS images and running connections in the state of the art lab that keeps Cisco TAC team functional without having to travel to the customer site. Cisco TAC provides support for all Cisco networking equipment sold to large corporations and business. TAC is the first and last support center for all outage.

• Setup recreates using exact specification of hardware and software.
