Project Superintendent

Managed scheduling and coordination of all field operations for

commercial and industrial projects ranging from new construction

to additions/remodels for this design/build contractor. Directly

oversaw the activities of all trades to include excavators, carpenters,

electricians, HVAC, plumbers, paving, landscaping, security, and utility

company personnel. Involved in projects from planning through final walkthrough.

Pre-Construction Phase: Reviewed project drawings, specifications,

schedule, and budgets with management personnel and customer; mobilized

project site; determined construction sequence and site logistics; reviewed

and executed subcontract agreements; worked closely with project manager to

coordinate purchase orders, material procurement, and governmental agency permits

and inspections.

Construction Phase: Supervised and managed all field activities to ensure

safety compliance, quality control, and timeline/budget adherence. Oversaw
