Manage projects in accordance with contract. Attend site visits for each projects to determine existing conditions. And develop preliminary approximations types of materials to be used and basic quantity counts.
Prepare estimates for each project based on technical specs And drawings or sketches. Determine most
economical material that conforms to project drawings and specs. Confirm that all necessary materials and supplies are included in scope of work.
Solicit Detailed proposal information from at least three vendors and/or subcontractors with all supporting docs.
Material and labor cost covered in standard manual for work performed by subcontractors.
