As a Quality Control Specialist/Customer Service Representative, I performed a variety of inspection duties that require an understanding of the establishment’s policies and procedures. Work involves most of the following: verifying return vehicles against issuing documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damage. Routing damaged vehicles to prescribed maintenance storage locations. Responsible for completing and submitting incident/accident reports concerning returned vehicles. Responsible for reviewing and providing storage locations for non-damaged in accordance with prescribed storage and docking methods. Perform rearranging and inventory of over 900 vehicles weekly. Responsible for verifying shipping orders by comparing customer credentials with documented request requirements Monitors and arrange expeditious transportation for customers requiring assistance.

Performs daily security checks to include and established key control procedure.

Ensure that all safety precautions and policies are strictly adhered to IAW Company and OSHA standards.

Responsible for operating an automated distribution and routing conveyer system processed over 15,000 pieces of mail daily. Verified shipping and distribution addresses. Examined and repacked damage items. Conducted unloading task requirements utilizing hand and Materiel Handling Equipment (MHE) methods. Performed all production-based tasks in a proactive manner and displayed a sense of urgency for same day and next day mail commitments.
