•Directed all aspects of construction for a 145 unit / $24M luxury condominium project (Courtyard

at Jefferson) comprised of 1 building with 5 floors constructed over a 2 level parking garage.

•Supervised excavation / foundation work and performed rebar, concrete, fire-stop and framing

inspections for a 67 unit / $16M luxury condominium project (Hoboken Grande) made up of 11

floors and a parking garage.
