Supervisor of Electronic Repair and Table Production:
Responsible for electronic repair (domestic and foreign customers), table game
manufacturing and the production o f firmware. Supervised the testing and repair of electronic
equipment to board level (SMT and through hole), also mechanical components. Provided
technical assistance to customers and vendors . Provided customer repair billing, work orders for
production and performance reports to management using Excel, Access and MAX (manufacturing
software). Also responsible for Hi-Pot Testing of all games and signs, to meet ETL, UL, CSA and
CES, plus maintaining records. Established various guidelines for testing and repairing of
company products, including setting up a lead-free repair and manufacturing station for products bound to Europe. Responsible for annual personnel reviews of my department, conducted training for their assignments, and monthly safety training. Quality Control Supervisor and Safety Officer: Created and organized a Quality Assurance
Program for this manufacturer of spa and pool controls, compiling the necessary documents to
implement the program. This program established a pre-development phase, a Quality Control
Group of inspectors, incoming inspection procedures, material review board, job training in the use
of required tools and metrology, customer satisfaction questionnaire, engineering field inspections
of units and product development board. As Safety Officer, conducted monthly inspections,

modified circuits for engineering to perform test or production testing.
