As a welder fabricator we are to work off of the print to make the desired product. At this company I am using the fluxcore 0.45 and hard wire method to weld the product. Also use stick on installs.

As a paint crew leader for this company I was responsible for the daily production of my crew. I was also responsible for ordering the products needed and to make sure the job was done on time.

The job at this company was production welding. I was to take the prints measurement and set up my station for the desired product that i would be working on. I used the mig welder at this company.

Welder - (2/2003 - 4/2004)

At this company every one had to go through a mandatory 60 hr welding class. But when on the floor i was to weld train cars together using mig fluxcore and stick. making sure that the gaps was no larger than an eighth of an inch. If the gaps was larger we used port a power hydraulic rams to close the gaps.

I was to take the material and put them into a robot welder and start the machine. And rotate at the end of each break to desired station. And at the end of the line i done touch up using the mig welder getting what the robots missed.
