Experience : I was associated with ILAC Ltd., a subsidiary of Sarabhai Group of Companies as Tech. Sales Officer based at Delhi from

1981-1983.

Joined HCL Ltd. (Reprographic Division) in the year 1983 in the capacity of Asstt. Engineer (Production), my responsibilities were to look after the production of assembly shop, managing desired quality standard with time bound schedule.

Further, I was engaged with IBEL Machines Ltd., a Bhopal based company manufacturing Plain Paper Copier in technical association with MONORE SYSTEMS INC. OF USA, as Asstt. Manager Production.

My responsibilities included to manage complete production shop with specific target, induction of modern techniques, minimising the rejection rate, ensuring all quality factors, manpower planning and imparting skills to Service Engineers.

Also, I have attended an advance training program at

Hong Kong (Tenure November 1986 to December 1988).

I have been working with MICROWIN ELECTRONICS LTD., promoted by M.P. State Electronic Development Corporation, manufacturing Microwave Ovens in technical association with TOSHIBA, JAPAN.

Beside day to day activities, I was actively involved in shaping the company from project stage to production stage, plant layout, enhancing productivity, ensuring International Standards and consistency in the product, developing bill of material, service manual and localization of various components stage wise (tenure December 1988 - August 1990).

In my immediate past, I have worked with DIGITAL DEVICES LTD. based at SOLAN (H.P.), manufacturing multipurpose Electronic connectors in technical collaboration with MITSUMI, JAPAN, in the capacity of Senior Manager Production.

I was responsible for overall functioning of the unit comprising of various sections e.g. Injection moulding shop, Assembly shop, Quality Assurance, Tool room and maintenance section. Further to my routine work, I was also responsible for Manpower Planning & Recruitment, Stores/Inventory Control and timely execution of assignments. Conceptualising and implementing state of the art logistic techniques.

In the past as my last assignment I was associated with a Delhi based medical equipment mfg. unit as Head Operations from year 1998-2002.

And presently I am working as a free lance technical consultant based at Dehradun.
