1. New sweets factory setup and product launched within 6 months then increased capacity from 1.5 ton/m to 3.

2. Design and follow up Dates processing factory 120 tons/year on 150,000 m2

1. Installation of RO water Plant (140 m3/h) up to Qualification Run and authorities production approvals.

2. Effectively lead the QC division structure in Pepsi and Aquafina and increased the employee performance level by training supervisory skills, GMP, best practice tools, SOP, SSOP and GHP.

3. Reduced ingredient and package monthly losses by $33,000.

4. Increased the syrup yield from 95.5% to 99.8%.

5. Saved $65,000 in AOP (CIP chemicals-LAB tests) that gained 45% saving.

6. Achieved recognition as best Pepsi Cola bottler over 60 plants in 25 countries in Middle East and Africa region.

7. Achieved bronze, silver, and gold quality awards in Pepsi International Quality Award (IQA)
