• Working with ALSTOM power service Arabia FZE from the year 2002 onwards till to date, as Mechanical field engineer.

• During the period (since 2002 to till date) with ALSTOM Power Service (Arabia) FZE, I was responsible for various projects as Field Engineer / Lead Field Engineer.

1. Major Overhaul of type 21 Z Generator and 13E2 gas turbine (04 units of ALSTOM make) in general utility plant of TAKREER at Al Ruwais, Abu Dhabi.
2. Major overhaul of type 21Z Generator including replacement of retaining rings (08 units) in the power plant of QEWC in Ras Abu Fontas, Qatar .
3. Major overhaul of type 21Z Generator including replacement of retaining rings (01unit) at Kaula Langat in Malaysia.
4. Major overhaul of type 21Z Generator ( 01unit) in Algeria
5. Major overhaul of type 21Z Generator including replacement of retaining rings ( 01unit) in Marmara in Turkey
6. Major overhaul of type 18L Generator (06 Nos.) including retaining ring replacement in Rabigh Power plant in Saudi Arabia
7. Type 18 and 21 generator retaining ring replacement in ALBA Bahrain
8. Stator inserts exchange of type 18 in Jeddah, Makka, and Riyadh power plant in Saudi Arabia.
9. Worked as Generator erection supervisor for the new power plant in Moscow Russia.
At present working in Fujairah F2 (U A E) project for the erection of Gas turbine, Steam Turbine and air cool and H2 cooled Generator, as technical field advisor.

M/s ABB Kraft Werke Service (GmbH)
• Worked with ABB Kraft Werke Service as Mechanical Supervisor from 1998-2002.
Company profile
• The ABB Kraft Werke is the German based power generation company. 20% of the entire power in the world is produced by ABB. This was the local service centre of the company in Abudhabi for the Middle East region and later acquired by ALSTOM Power on global basis.
Job profile

• Major overhaul of 6 units of type- 21 generators of ABB at Al Taweelah Power plant ‘B’.

M/s Deutch Babcock Abu Dhabi
• Worked with M/s Deutch Babcock Abu Dhabi from 1993 to 1998 as Mechanical Foreman for their various projects in U A E. and Qatar.

• The Deutch Babcock is the leading boiler manufactures from Germany, and maintenance contractors of power plants. The company have supplied boilers in various power plants in UAE, mainly in Al Taweelah- B, and Meena in Abu Dhabi, and Dubai Aluminium.
Job profile
• Carried out major overhauling of frame 5, 6 and 3 gas turbine of Masood John Brown.
• Worked with M/s Thomassons international for their project in Dhukan oil field Qatar as Mechanical Foreman for the overhauling of frame3 gas turbine, which is prime-over of the gas compressor.
• Deputed to Water and Electricity department (WED), Abu Dhabi for overhauling of different types of pumps in the Umm Al Nar power plant.
• Worked with ABB for the ‘C’ inspection (Major overhaul) of gas turbine type 13D in Umm Al Nar power plants. Also carried out ‘C’ inspection of type-16 generator in Al Ain power plant including the retaining rings replacement.
• Worked in various power plants in U A E for the maintenance of boilers, including the overhauling of dozing pumps, various types of valves, soot blower, multistage pumps and the steam turbine of AEG-KANIS
M/s Mech. Engineering Services Bombay (1990- 1993)
• Worked with M/s Mech Engineering Service Bombay as Site Engineer. The company Mech Engineering Service was one of the best mechanical maintenance contracting companies in Bombay. Mech Engineering Company has the maintenance contract from TATA thermal power plant in Bombay. The company have maintenance contract for the pumps of various sites of TATA thermal plants including crude oil handling, feed water pumps for the boiler, turbo pumps and various type of multiple stage pumps.
