India’s 1st and only company handling catalysts of reactors in refineries like MRPL, Reliance etc & manufacturing all critical equipments (life support system, vacuuming units with nitrogen purging throughout the system, vacuum trucks with non corrosive stainless steel tanks) required for handling the job.

Responsibilities:

Preparing detail drawing, fabrication drawings, bill of material for pressure vessel, vacuuming skid mounts, heat exchanger & its parts etc. preparing 3D drawings of the same by using Auto CAD.

Preparing drawings required for manufacturing & maintenance of the equipments i.e. Vacuuming unit with heat exchanger, cyclone chamber, filtering unit, Life support system (for breathing air at inert atmosphere) etc.

Product certification:

1. CE marking of life support system as per pressure equipment directive (PED 97/23/EC).

2. CE marking of vacuum tank (pressure vessel) as per pressure equipment directive (PED 97/23/EC).

Which includes preparing the required drawings, planning, checking material availability, searching & locating certified manufacturers, maintain QC records of procured parts & its assembly etc until the final inspection, witnessing of tests & approval from the notified body.

Preparing QA/QC plan:

Performing the quality checks as per the approved QA/QC plan, this includes:

1. Checking the traceability of test certificate provided by manufacturer/supplier.

2. Random inspection of parts procured in lot.

3. Performing the check test of material if required. (Physical & chemical properties of material, functional test sub assemblies)

4. Maintaining QC documentation as per the plan.

5. Performing final inspection (assembly & full functionality test) & maintaining the record.

Preparing welding procedures as per ASME section IX & EN 287-1.

Conducting the welding procedure qualifications & welder qualifications witnessed by certifying bodies like Lloyds, TUV, DNV etc with their witness of test.

Maintaining the record of qualified procedures & welders for tracking the renewals, changes.

Estimating the cost of equipment & checking the availability for procuring the parts.

Performing assembly inspection of equipment for any sort of leakage or damage etc

Interacting with manufacturers/suppliers for implementation of newly developed items resulting as problem solving solution related to technical & commercial issues

Modifying & improving the problematic parts and assemblies of equipments, troubleshooting the assembly operations, if any.

Getting approval from international renowned bodies like Lloyd’s, TUV etc. for the manufactured equipments.

Proman infrastructure services Pvt ltd: a crusher (stone crusher) manufacturing company producing crusher plants & supplying Jaw, cone & VSI crusher.

Responsible for preparing the plan & elevation drawing of stone crushing plant, capacity 50 to 150 Tons per hour, along with drafting team & a design head.

Responsible for preparing process flow charts, material flow diagram & presentation drawings.
