• Working with R&D team in implementation of GSM Online Charging System (1.2).

• Implementation and configurations of USAU, URP and UAP for external interfaces with Huawei OCS.

As IN/ NSS Engineer

• Perform 1st level Fault Diagnosis and rectification on all systems.

• Perform Fault Management by coordinating support resources, managing technical escalation to ensure fault is rectified within agreed SLA’s.

• Performing Health Check for all the nodes SDP, CCN, EMA, EMM & DWS nodes on regular basis.

• To ensure process compliance for IN Processes.

• Operation and Trouble-shooting of ERICSSON AXE 810 switches, BSC,MSC , HLR and its concerned auxiliary units.

• Hardware and software maintenance of NSS and BSS elements.

• Providing technical support to regional teams for O&M support by using command handling.
