The RSOR (Regional Service Order Repository) System in Qwest client built around DB2 Database, which stores the service order information. The Regional Service Order Repository (RSOR) is a database that contains all service orders from 14 states of Qwest Networks. Service Order information is stored for 60 days. The reason behind the development of this new system is presently the following applications, HOR, EDS, OCS, CPR and IPM utilize the service order data but all of them store that in separate databases.
