Implemented a “preventive maintenance Program” for a golf cat fleet of 120 golf carts 60 gas and 60 electric. This included all golf course machinery and managing golf course budgets.
Responsible for all food & beverage management at all related functions
Reduced cost of sales to an average of 68% per month and increased pro-shop sales form $227.000 to $600.000 per year
Devised a golf shop manual for members indicating what services the golf shop operation could provide for the members. Developed and implemented a policy and procedure manual for the pro-shop staff starters, rangers, and cart barn, and food and beverage personal to cover all aspects of their job duties and responsibilities.

Director of Golf 1993-2006 Private Golf Club
Successfully managed as the Director of Golf and all golf activities, and golf shop operations in this busy private country club. Currently have 949 members who play 64,000 per year. Started as the Head Golf Professional, and was promoted to the Director of Golf.
Accomplishments:
Implemented all policies and procedures for the automotive tee time system (Chelsea) including call back features play counts, and several special functions.
Supervised 80 employees, starters, rangers, food and beverage, golf course maintenance.
Initiated and implemented several training programs for personnel to allow for self-improvement in all areas of the golf operations.
Responsible for interviewing, hiring and firing all personnel.
Implemented safety policy manual for the golf shop cart barn employees and reduced workers compensation claims by 100%
Installed an in house cable TV system throughout the Kelly greens golf community. This cable TV system provides service to the members on tee times, tournaments information golfing trips and club information.
Overseen and assisted management of 4.5 million dollars renovation to the golf course in 1999. This renovation involved new U.S.G.A. greens, Pro-shop, Tennis courts, Cart Barn, and new activity room.
