Highlights AMT is an End to End SAP ECC implementation project from client site at Kazakhstan which is the number one in steel manufacturer in the world, Wipro Technologies

implemented module like PS, QM, MM, SD FICO and DMS, all the modules went like on 01/07/2011 with perfectly followed project implementation timeline of six months.

Activities:

As a SAP PLM consultant i am responsible for Implementation of SAP DMS – Document Management System for all the SAP core modules like PS, QM, MM, SD & FICO with total

of 13 document types configured in the DMS as per the requirements gathered during the various workshops with clients, main highlight is the training of more that 95 end users of the DMS system in 7 batches .Other activates includes development of Business blue print, Module wise Configurations documents, user training document like Business Process, Test

cases, step by step instruction and finally provided two weeks of hyper care support after go live.

SAP DMS - Document Management System implementation project for this Client which is a major producer of Fire suppression and Building products, currently the master data such as 2D, 3D, PDF, Word files etc. are stored in various legacy systems which are resulting in high time consumption of storing and retrieving along with redundancy and the search for documents based on specific parameters are not possible, to eliminate the above constraints the implementation of proven SAP tool DMS is done.

Attending workshops with customers at onsite to gather DMS requirements, customers streams include OTC, PTS, STP, FTM

Implementing and Configuring SAP DMS along with

Easy DMS, CAD integration- Migrating Legacy Documents Data from various sources to SAP DMS
