 Ensure work is completed as per specification and drawings, and that the requirements of engineering queries are incorporated.

 Supervise the day-to-day administration of the in the shutdown and Turnaround projects

 Progress and direct contractors to ensure work is completed in a timely manner.

 Ensure costs are controlled and site instructions monitored during work progress.

 Interpret contract documents and liase with the contractor on all aspects of the work.

 Organize and direct the site engineers and inspectors controlling the works.

 Review contractors manpower, site mobilization, tools and equipments etc

 Review and coordinate progress meeting and coordinate with all contractors for site interfaces.

 Assist contractor with the preparation of method statements to meet permit requirements

 Ensure work of contractors is carried out safely and efficiently in a competent manner and that they adhere to the Permit to Work System.

• Worked in RAS GAS as Shutdown Coordinator from Dec”2007-Feb 2009.

 Co-ordinate & Monitoring Piping erection, capital project, project tie-in & quality as per RG standard. Also Cryogenic heat exchanger, PHE, Vessels, columns, Regenerator, Dryers, Gas Turbines, Furnace , coolers, etc

 To plan, direct ,supervise multidiscipline team and co-ordinate Shutdown & projects and Start Up Activities (Multi-Discipline) carried out in the LNG trains, AGI and associated Utility plants to complete in time, efficiently, safely and within set budget

 Review and co-ordinate the approval of Standards and safety instruction

 Assist in the planning of projects and shutdowns assessing resources, materials and logistics requirements.

 Provide expertise and support during shutdown and restart of the plant

Preparing of scopes and packages for shutdowns

 Planning for shutdown activities, including material expediting

 Contract scope writing for shutdown activities

 Act as a site based focal point for activities carried out by the company

 Shutdown execution, supervision progress monitoring

 Works in line with HSE regulation & HSE management systems & ensures compliance of the same subordinates and contractors.

 Preparation of Daily reports and project closeout reports.

 Post shutdown demobilization activities, including material return, wrap up reports & duties as directed by COMPANY
