• Manage Offset/Industrial Participation/Countertrade as well as negotiate Offset Agreements with various international Offset offices.
• Attended several Offset/Industrial Participation conferences

Create lean initiatives, projects and follow through implementation.
Conducting multiple presentations and briefing to senior management, customers, stake holders and colleagues.
