range of HR services in a decentralized,
matrixed union environment. Designed a
results-based, performance management
initiative and leadership training
effort, resulting in reimbursements
paid 25% sooner.
Senior Recruiter, Montefiore Medical
Center, 2006-2008. Managed the staffing
function of for-profit subsidiary of
Montefiore Medical Center. Built strategic
partnerships with local educational
institutions. Worked effectively with
workforce represented by 1199 and NYSNA.
Filled 200 openings in 200 days.
Managing Director/HR Consultant,
Management Resource Group, Inc., 2002-2006
and previously 1999-2000. Consulted on
sourcing and OD development projects for
