PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To Maintain and solve out all Mechanical Operation of Organization.

Creating a new safe system of work, and Implementing Engineering control as reasonable as practicable.

To control all the HSE norms, Policy, Organization for the Health, Promoting safety and health culture, Assess the Risk related to the job, Control the risk of each job, Monitoring, review and Audit, Investigation recording and reporting, All types of hazards identification and control, journeys related with drivers and vehicles safely in support of company’s commercial operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical: to control all Mechanical Operation within Organization With the Standard work system safely .Controlling maintenance and assembling of Equipment’s through the Standard and Engineering technology .To Control all HSE Norms as per the Company Policy,National Legislation and enforcement agencies or Regulatory Authorities Regulation .To Control HSE meeting, Tool Box meeting, Employ training report, Accident or Incident Vehicles & drivers in accordance with issued work instructions (Journey Management Plans) and in line with company as well as government rules, regulations, policies and procedures relative to the safety Management system of work and Safe Road Transport Management.

HSE ADVISOR OR HSE RESPONSIBLE PERSON.

Ensuring strict compliance with Company and Client HSE regulations.

Ensuring HSE procedures and programs are implemented effectively.

Conduct daily safety inspection of job sites to ensure strict compliance all

Company and Client HSE procedures, regulations, and requirements.

Submit safety inspection reports as directed.

Monitor work permit system, check work in progress, and track the proper filling and closing of work permits.

Conduct safety induction, awareness, training, and toolbox talks.

on-site safety advice to workers.

Report accidents, near-misses, violations, and other HSE non-conformities to Safety Engineer on daily basis.

Periodically inspect PPE, fire extinguishers, first aid boxes, and other HSE equipment and facilities to ensure their adequacy and functionality and track their maintenance and calibration.

Ensure the availability of work permits, JSA’s, MSDS’s, scaffolding tags, 3rd-party inspection certificates, and other necessary documents before work is commenced.

Ensure good housekeeping throughout the shift, including proper waste management.

Assist in the Investigation of accidents, near-misses, and complaints.

Take a proactive role in enhancing HSE performance through identifying and reporting areas for improvement.

Advise supervisors and line Managers of HSE consideration.

Maintain the storage and retrieval of information from HSE Training database.

Record HSE performance data and provide statistics to company and PDO.

Undertaking with supervisors, regular inspections of site and camp.

Implementing of TRIC (Tool Box talk for risk identification card) for All lifting operation and other Oil field operation.

Implementing Different type of Lifting operation Procedure with lifting equipment.

Checking and Implementing Color code for lifting operation.

Represent company at seminars and regional safety meetings.

Participation in inspections, audits and incident investigation.

Provision to employees of HSE equipment and ensuring that equipment is inspected and calibrated (where necessary).

Ensuring that emergency exercises and drills are carried out as per the HSE

Plan.

Implementing the contract HSE plan in his work areas.

Checking that all facilities, tools and equipment are in safe condition.

Reporting all incidents to management.

Carrying out initial investigation of all incidents.

Participating in the investigation off all accidents or high potential incidents, implement any corrective actions and communicate the learning points to all employees within the projects.

JOURNEY MANAGEMENT

Journey management system will be maintained on regular basis as per PDO standard. All vehicles movement will be record on journey plan form stating the Required information.

The journey manager will carry out inspection and audit regularly and the reports will kept in the record.
