Project Manager

Managing two projects including two teams of 11 professionals. Both the projects OCRA (OMH Cost Reporting Application) and BSA (Billing Systems Assessment) are related to OMH (Office of Mental Health) finance department. OCRA is modernization of an existing (mainframe) cost reporting application to a new ORACLE database system in a Dot Net 3.5 environment. BSA is an assessment of existing eight (mainframe) billing applications using EA (enterprise Architecture) tools to set a baseline for modernization of these applications. I started both the projects from inception and they currently are in execution mode. I am responsible for project execution and control, reporting status to senior management on a weekly basis. I address day to day issues and track project progress.

I am also a member of PMO team at OMH and have contributed towards different PMO templates creation and implementation.
