Auto Purge for Test Region:

• Successfully completed the design and analysis of the purge criteria, revised the purge criteria and got the number of accounts down by 52% without any business impact, thus bringing about a significant reduction in the total maintenance cost.

• Analyzed and translated the business requirements into technical details and developed a database system based on SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) methodology using Excel, SQL and use case analysis.

• Used MS Visio for describing the revised purge criteria.

WaMu Statement Workflow :

• Created the WaMu monthly statement flowchart explaining the monthly statement process, from transactions and reward calculations to fulfillment(final output).

• Used MS Visio and MS Powerpoint for explaining the process.

Corporate Credit Card :

• Was involved in the project planning phase for the launch of the new Corporate Credit Card project for all WaMu employees.

NAMI (National Alliance of Mental Illnesses) at Montgomery County, Maryland, Helpline Web-Enabled Database

• Designed a Secure database to log NAMI’s helpline calls.

• Translated the business requirements into technical details, developed new SQL/PLSQL scripts and packages in Oracle and database objects like tables, views, and indexes and provided technical documentation.

• Reporting, being a very important aspect of the project, was done taking into account various parameters for which the database was developed and various statistical analysis that needed to be conducted based on these reports. The database helps produce reports including the details of the calls, the reasons for calling, consumer/patient illnesses, caller's age range, tracking the exact time of each call for purposes of grant writing and advocacy and generates statistical reports based on the search query results.

Online Bookstore
