Oversee warehouse & processing functions in a 120,000 sq. ft. facility, including receiving, processing, shipping, loss prevention, distribution, inventory & traffic control, purchasing, building maintenance & safety. Staff flexed between 80 -120 employees. Developed and implemented new procedures resulting in meeting planned productivity and cost per unit in budgeted area resulting in tighter manual control over a high volume, fast turnover inventory.
