• Increased manufacturing efficiencies on the production floor improving sales output from £170,000 to £210,000 per week, which equates 20% efficiency gains.

• BS EN ISO 9001:2000 is a Quality Management System which is widely recognised, I was responsible for getting the company through the audit of these management guidelines. As a result of the audit of the management systems I had to re-write many parts of the procedural manual of the business and clearly communicate these changes to the entire company which consisted of 115 staff.

• Negotiations with purchasing, this led to a £100,000 projected savings over a 12 month period.

• Suggested cost restructuring to ensure profitability.
