General Manager at Uniband USA a leading manufacturer of conveyor belting. Responsible for hiring, reviewing, and training production personnel while promoting a positive attitude on the production floor. Developed an inventory system concentrated on keeping the company as lean as possible by tracking incoming orders, consumption of raw materials, outgoing orders and on hand inventory. Developed and implemented policies and procedures for production workers to follow involving quality control and inventory control.
