General Manager at Uniband USA a leading manufacturer of conveyor belting. Responsible for hiring, reviewing, and training production personnel while promoting a positive attitude on the production floor. Developed an inventory system concentrated on keeping the company as lean as possible by tracking incoming orders, consumption of raw materials, outgoing orders and on hand inventory. Developed and implemented policies and procedures for production workers to follow involving quality control and inventory control.

• ¬Responsible for gathering accurate inventory usage numbers daily in order to ensure that products are properly priced.

• Immediately reduced the overtime of hourly workers and improved efficiency rating from 1.2 finished goods per day to 3.5 finished goods per day.

Developed all logistic plans involving these products as well as developed all quality control procedures. Responsible for communicating with vendors in China, informing them of quality problems that are detected and working to find solutions to identified quality concerns.
