MY PERSONAL PROFILE/ SKILLS
Over the past nine years I have worked in a number of roles in the Oil and Gas industry in Africa, Latin America and Europe. Although trained as a scientist, I have developed a business acumen that gave me the opportunity to be involved in a large and successful project to efficiently manage contract cycle times within the Nigerian Oil and Gas industry. One of the main business drivers behind the project was to reduce the costs and inefficiencies associated with extended approval times.
I played key roles through out the lifecycle of the project from the change management, requirements analysis gathering, business process definition (‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes) through to post implementation review. All stages of the project required excellent Customer Relationship Management skills as we were dealing with clients, suppliers and approvers from all over the world. I led teams as well as participated as a team member, working with Global consultant Accenture.
The project board selected a SAP SRM solution and with strict adherence to SAP best practices, I became a SAP certified SAP Security and Authorisations expert. The success of the project was identified by, go-live within projected time-frame, successful change management on client personnel, contracting cycle time reductions, and hence cost reductions within the oil and gas industry.
I have attended the mySAP ERP HCM academy and am also a SAP certified SAP Solutions Consultant for mySAP ERP HCM and ITIL certified (with great ITIL Service Support experience).

INTERESTS
I have a strong personal commitment to individual development and particularly enjoy working with people with different language, national and cultural backgrounds. I do voluntary community development work with BLW International, a large international charity organisation specialising in the provision of free-of-charge professional and individual development at local community level. I am involved in small group leadership and mentoring.
