Summary of Qualifications
I have over sixteen years of experience as a quality assurance analyst, software tester, and configuration manager. I have worked within the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC), the Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM), and the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) for the Army Department of Defense (DoD). I have provided quality assurance management for small SAIC programs, and possesses auditing experience (process and product) Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI). I am capable of writing procedures based on interviews and can suggest improvements. I have extensive experience in software testing, change management, and release management.
